Annual Review with my boss

I have reviewed with my boss today...I get my 'white paper' which state my increment, profit sharing and any performance bonus who performed....Hmmm....no increment for this year...
It is expected because you can see the economy right now... it's worst! Actually, we already been informed that no increment... but I still feel unsatisfied because my workload is increasing day by day but no increment at all. No OT as well...Many mass vacations and my annually leave already zero.

And I got many comment from my boss...wanna know?
Nevermind, I just kept it to myself...

Next month (March) I will be on holiday for 2 weeks and my pay will cut by half (no more annual leave to take)....:( Fortunately, I have my profit sharing that can cover for next month. In positive perspective, I will have a rest and forget about works...hehehe... and I can concentrate on 'something'...

Genting Highlands Part 2

The pic taken during our trip to Genting Highland recently. Yup, that was my first time. Huhuhu.

Anyhow, I really enjoy myself there. Well, we talking about Genting here. If y'know what I mean. Hehe.

Actually, this was to celebrate someone's birthday.. Ehem.. Wanna know what I gave her as a present?

Personal Update so far.. Hehe

1. LAPTOP

I've already send it for repair actually. Not with HP, but with so called '3rd party' among Low Yat people though. It cost me RM250. But yeah, worth a try. Also, if I want to proceed send it to HP, service charge only cost me RM125! Meaning to say, send it alone cost you money. Only after that, they will send quotation on what things to repair and of course very expensive one.

2. MAXIS BB

Plan to terminate it on tuesday. Enough of it already. Huh! In fact, I'm writing this entry in a CC very near to my home.

3. Home Loan

I expect everything will be finalized next week. I'll be heading to EPF tomorrow. Just want to explore my options.

4. Project

No more Pakistan for me. Currently lobbying for another project. Hopefully can get Urga! Hoho. Praying for this..
