Yup. Its confirmed. Aku da amik kunci.. Cuma tggal tunggu CF je lagi..

Last week da g tgk and confirmkan list.. Also g tgk klu ada2 defect. Ade byk gak findings. Kalau istilah kerja company aku skg ni, byk gak 'Punchlist' yang kena rectify. Punchlist means benda yg sepatutnya x berlaku dan kena setel before handover kpd empunya diri.

So, next will be..

1. Confirmkan CF
2. Wat defect list
3. Start design kitchen cabinet
4. Stat cari contractor

1. Yup, I owned Xperia X1 now. Eventhough still x puas ati ngn kebolehan and capability die. Setakat leh tgk email and metal design tu, bagi aku da cukup ok.
2. Next thing I bought was DSLR. Yeah. Sony A300 to be exact. I got great bargain from my brother. People say Sony DSLR camera x best. But who cares anyway. Just want to try lor. Consider myself an Advance amateur photographer by now. Hehe.
3. I bought a C.A.R. Yup.. I finally revealed it in this blog. Hehe. Its WSR8305, Bronze Mica color. If you saw one, horn la ye.. hehe.
4. And last week, I bought Wii. Hoho. Its in my room right now. And totally Cool. Sekarang tgh belajar main Winning Eleven Wii version.. damn funny.. Hehe..

and finally the house of course. Hoho..

Well. At least I have an option. Hehe. I did tell this to HER. Unexpectedly die x suka.. Hoho. Well of course la jauh.

The thing is, I still dont know am I confirmed totally demob back to KL? Still not confirm. I hate uncertainties. Damn it. Can the managers decide already?

Oh well, I still need a place to pack my stuffs back at my brother's house. Liza's house is an option. But still, where am I going to stay weekends in KL? That's why prefer somewhere near Setiawangsa or Keramat. Hoho.

I might not the best person to explain this. Put it this way laa.. Let say you open a Shop. A grocery shop to be exact. Somehow, you sell rice. Plenty of them. At the same time you have neighbour sale rice also. 1 Day, a rich guy wants to buy almost all the rice you have. You, in returns didnt have rice to supply your family. Of course you supply for your family for free or even lesser price than you cahrge the rich fella. What will you do?

1. Forget about the rich fella. Continue to supply for your family. Family first right?

Last thursday,as I mentioned before I did present a paper. In fact, some of my friends did vote for me as best paper as well as presenter.

i was hoping for best paper actually. well, since the chairman that day did praise the slides i prepared.

Well, i lost. hehe. Apparentlly people are interested in transformer fire incident. The Emcee took away the best presenter award. Congratulations for all the winners

Seperti yg sedia maklum, Norzi menamatkan zaman bujang nya last week. Huhuhu. Pija, Aku, Liza, Kak Ina, Izhwan and Aida (in order of appearance) sempat la bertandang tuk memeriahkan majlis.

Pija da memang standby kat sana. Jadik best girl beb. Hehe. Pengapit pompuan. Aku ngn liza datang on time bila pengantin lelaki @ Sham berarak masuk ke rumah Noorzi. Aku seperti biasa, mempraktikkan teknik photography yg x seberapa.. (Harap camera je canggih, tp ilmu xdak..hahaha)

Makanan mmg best2.. Lepas makan cam biasa, amik gambar beb. Sementara tunggu Izhwan and Aida yg tersesat kt mana tah.. Liza jadi part time Mak Andam jap nak adjust posing tuk kedua mempelai nak amik gamba. Dengan sporting nye pengantin ni pun selamba je la posing ape pun.. Mmg nice laa.. hehehe..

Anyway, agak lama gak kat umah nozi. Dalam kul3 baru balik.

Yeah. From now onwards, I'll be using COMPANY to address my company. Hehe. COMPANY as in the Prison Break series. Yeah!

Yesterday, a friend of mine IM me asking if there's vacancy in COMPANY. Frankly speaking, there's a LOT. That, if you are asking for talented and experienced professionals. 3 years experienced not enough.

I remember last year, COMPANY organized a walk-in interview somewhere near KLCC. This is indeed a RARE one. If you read the advertisement correctly, the requirements is at least 7 years. Thats 3+4 years of experience.

I'm not saying that COMPANY is not looking for an employer with 3 years of experience. But hell yeah, why dont just give it a try here. Just update it regularly though. Hoho. Just prove COMPANY wrong then.

Baru kuar dari meeting room. Ngantuk giler.. Baik layan blog jap.. Hoho. Aku nak review movie ni lak.

As far as I can remember, ni la first time tgk cerita Jackie Chan serious dari awal sampai abis.. Adegan die kung fu main2 pun langsung xde. Cool huh?

Agak berat gak movie aku rasa bagi sesetengah orang. Tapi layan kan jer la.. Best~!

Cite die pasal Pelarian Cina yg merempat d Jepun. Alkisahnya dorang ni kecik je kumpulannya. Then Jackie Chan datang and try survive. Mcm2 die buat, sampailah ke kemuncaknya. Dia deal ngn Yakuza aka Mafia jepun.

Geng Cina ni no choice but to follow the tune la kalau nak survive. At the end, dorg takeover satu tempat ni yg dulunya milik geng jahat Taiwan. Lama kelamaan dorang makin kuat. Makin mewah. Even sesama dorang pun da naik kepala. Yakuza pun x puas ati camana pelarian cina ni leh kaya cam dorang. Geng Jahaat Taiwan ni plak nak balas dendam.

Interesting huh? Niat suci Jackie Chan dalam cite nie di akhiri ngn amat tragis skali. Tengok sendiri laa.. hohoho..

Ok la.. Atas permintaan seseorang, aku review gak la movie nie.. Hohoho..

Actually, I have high expectation for this movie. Especially after movie go-ers claimed the movie as one of the most antipated movie this year. Of course, this is because of the best-selling novel from Sophie Kinsella (Same title as above.)

In summary, its fun and enjoyable to watch. In fact, I laugh out loud in some scene of the movie. Hoho. For those who in unfavourable (other word than 'hate') reading novels, watch the movie instead. Someone told me the story is almost the same as in the novel. What do you expect huh? Even Dragonball the movie, they changed! hehe.

The movie is about the confession of the shopaholic herself. After undergoing too much problems with her credit card, Rebecca Bloomwood started to realize. She overturn her fortune by becoming a writer. A writer who writes about personal financial control. Ironic isn't it?

Then she started dating the Boss. Well, love story is anywhere in Hollywood movies. I do like the phrase:

"You speak Prada?"

Hehe. Prada language means that the Boss and Rebecca do have something in common. Which was, Prada and Co. If y'know what I mean..hmm..

Then the story developed around her friend, her shopaholic control group (whatever the name is..). It gets funnier as the story goes.. hehehe..

Actress casting. I think there a lot out there suits better than this version of Rebecca Bloomwood. Reese Witherspoon (Legally Blonde)? Hoho.. Even Anne Hathaway (Devils Wear Prada)

The Shawl. Kinda interesting. Shawl means selendang. Signature thing of this movie. Not the color 'pink'. Huhuhu.

Cite die mengisahkan, Don toretto (Vin Diesel) ngn Brian (Paul Walker) kembali bertemu. Tapi with different occassion. Paul Walker da jadi FBI lam cite nie.. Assuming dia masuk Fed lepas kejayaan die dalam Fast and Furious 1 kot..

Don in the beginning masih dengan kegiatan haramnya, kali ni ngn lebih radikal.. Curi tanker minyak beb~!.. pas tu jual direct kat Kereta2 speedster lain.. Cool huh? Then, Michele Rodriguez awek Don mati.. time tu Don n Michele da berpisah.. sementara la konon.. in the end, die mati.. kena tipu oleh geng Braga..

Integrity!

Its been almost 2 weeks only. But a few times vendor already called me. It really difficult for me. The real story is that, its about integrity.

Between Client and Contractor is one thing. Between vendor and Client is also a major thing. Everything should be done within the boundary.

Myself is handling Millions of ringgit worth of contracts. Without integrity, I can easily be an instant millionaire. If y'know what I mean.

Our guy, from CSD did come to this yard. CSD is like the Company's police. The rumour is that there's someone involved in my Company (at P.Gudang) already had issues with this integrity. Now everything is very sensitive. Even if I want to go out with my friends from SDE or MMHE, there still will be an integrity issue.

Honestly for me, as long as my intention is good, it shall be no problem. After all, my friends aware of this already. They didn't even bother. Huhu.

I guess I'll 'wat bodo je la'.. Hoho..

Pergh.. 1st time jadi interviewer beberapa hari nie.. Interesting experience.. Hehe.. Selama ni asyik kena tanya je, kali ni kita tanya orang lak.. hahaha.. Actually this is for E&I Inspector. Electrical and Instrument Inspector.

Kat Fab Yard nie, client ada lantik sorang or lebih jadi E&I Inspector. Keje die senang je. Pastikan sume contractor or subcon buat keje dengan betul and pantas. Hehe. So far, da shortlist beberapa orang. Yang pakcik2 pun ada, yang baya aku pun ada.

Tadi interview sorg budak. Aku impressed gak actually.. Baya aku, tapi kerja da dekat 10 tahun beb.. ntah leh percaya ke tak.. Tu yg aku belasah je tanya mcm2 tadi. Ntah la, bagi aku keje kat yard ni better amik yang berpengalaman. Xde masa nak suh budak belajar dulu then suh org lain wat keje kan.. Tapi tu lah, tgk kesungguhan die tu ok gak. Hehe.

Tgk la nanti camne. So far da shortlist 3 orang. Nak amik 6 org sebenarnye. KIV list da dekat 7 org.. hohoho..

Phew.. I'm Back! Hehe. Literally back at blogging.. Hmm.. its been a busy days for me. Not to mention, problem blogging from the office.

Actually, I'm back at Pasir Gudang. To be exact, MMHE. Hehe. Its Kinabalau Project. The biggest project so far I've working with. A great and challenging experience indeed. Huhu.

On the bright side, I've been here. Adaptability should be no problem, i guess. And of course, my SDE guys as always, available to makan-makan or mabuk-mabuk. Hehe.

Annual Review with my boss

I have reviewed with my boss today...I get my 'white paper' which state my increment, profit sharing and any performance bonus who performed....Hmmm....no increment for this year...
It is expected because you can see the economy right now... it's worst! Actually, we already been informed that no increment... but I still feel unsatisfied because my workload is increasing day by day but no increment at all. No OT as well...Many mass vacations and my annually leave already zero.

And I got many comment from my boss...wanna know?
Nevermind, I just kept it to myself...

Next month (March) I will be on holiday for 2 weeks and my pay will cut by half (no more annual leave to take)....:( Fortunately, I have my profit sharing that can cover for next month. In positive perspective, I will have a rest and forget about works...hehehe... and I can concentrate on 'something'...

1. LAPTOP

I've already send it for repair actually. Not with HP, but with so called '3rd party' among Low Yat people though. It cost me RM250. But yeah, worth a try. Also, if I want to proceed send it to HP, service charge only cost me RM125! Meaning to say, send it alone cost you money. Only after that, they will send quotation on what things to repair and of course very expensive one.

2. MAXIS BB

Plan to terminate it on tuesday. Enough of it already. Huh! In fact, I'm writing this entry in a CC very near to my home.

3. Home Loan

I expect everything will be finalized next week. I'll be heading to EPF tomorrow. Just want to explore my options.

4. Project

No more Pakistan for me. Currently lobbying for another project. Hopefully can get Urga! Hoho. Praying for this..

Faulty means the something wrong with the motherboard. MicroHouse MidValley told me it requires RM900 just to replace the motherboard. WTF?? Might as well buy a new one then..

On a second thought, I'll sell it on RM1000 + Gifts! (additional 6-cell batteries worth RM200, original HP laptop bag, 2GB RAM worth RM100)

Drama Review : Miss No Good

If you guys notice, in 8tv 2009 promo, there is a new Taiwan Drama coming soon. Yup, its Miss No Good. Huhu. Thanks to Mysoju, I managed to download all and just finished watch all 14 episodes. L manage to do it in just 3 days though.

The description at Mysoju says..

Jiang Xiao Hua is a jewelry store owner with no sense of style. When prince charming Jia Si Le came back from Japan wishing to marry her, she blackmailed Tang Men, a poison-tongue style guru, into helping her become a lady.

Thats actually only the early part of the drama. The interesting story unfolded when Xiao Hua realized who is the real Prince Charming for her. Huhu.

Just remember to tune in to 8tv when it aired. Hehe.

The 'Extreme Makeover' done by Tang Men to Xiao Hua. Hehe. Not so extreme actually. But kinda really anticipated scene in this drama.

Taiwanese accent. No offense, but kinda annoyed by the voices. I guess maybe because not used to Taiwanese Drama.

Drama Review : 3 Dads 1 Mom

I've just finished watch this drama. Phew.. At last. The dateline is actually today. Hehe. Before exchanging it to another drama with L. Dramas with S to be exact! Actually, we've been watching dramas quite a while already. L is more addicted to these dramas more than I am of course. No one can argue with you that sometimes Japanese dramas, korean dramas or even taiwanese dramas can entertain you. Huhu.

And now, I would like to recommend this drama. Hehe. According to L, this drama already being aired in Malaysian TV. I supposed 8TV had aired it. 14 episodes altogether, focusing on family comedy + drama.

It started when a couple, Nanying and Cheangmin struggled to have a baby. After failed in few attempts, Cheangmin desperately will try anything just for them to have a baby. That includes sperm donors from other male. In this case, Cheangmin's friends ; the 3 dads.

Cut story short, the 3 donate their sperms but soon after that wants Cheangmin not to use their sperms. Guess what? Nanying pregnant! Somehow, Cheangmin died on an accident and left a video. Inside the video, he revealed that he thankful for his 3 friends. The 3 guys knew that Changming used their sperms. I mean, literally used 1 of theirs of course. Hehe.

After the death of the husband, Nanying had to raised the child alone. This where the funny stories come. You gotta see this. From the 9 months pregrancy, till diapers changing, not to mention the baby's first walk. Huhu.

All in all, quite entertaining Korea Drama to watch.

Yup. I'll start my cuti this wednesday 24th till end of december. So much cuti left. I'll be heading to Kulim this weekend. Actually to PB to be exact. Hehe.

Nope, not for any majlis for me. Sigh..

Well, its actually to attend my Sister's Wedding. Yup, the bridegroom's reception will be held on 28th at Kulim.

And yes. All this while, I was waiting for my Sis getting married first then only I shall proceed with myself. That might answer a few questions why I still didnt get married yet. Hehe.

Erm.. I should start surveying for hantaran am I? Isn't it too sudden?

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied. Eventhough I'll get the home address that I really dont like to tell people. Hehe.

Where is this? Better not to reveal it yet. Maybe after all agreements, forms, lawyers thing already being settled out then I'll reveal.

Hehe. Maybe sounds a bit harsh, but its straight to the point.

I mean, people only concern on "When" and not "Why?" huh!

Final KL PC Fair for 2008!

Yup. That happened this weekend starting today. In fact, as I am writing this blog I can assure you there are hundreds or even thousands are already inside KLCC. Why?? Its school holiday. Plus most of the parents extended their holiday stretching 1 week beginning last monday for Hari Raya and Hari Keputeraan Sultan Selangor. On top of that, Christmas is coming.

Crowded and very noisy place to be there huh? Some say that its not worthed to go PC Fair when you can get the same price just by going Low Yat at the same day PC Fair held. I think its true, and I agree with that. Hehe.

Environment wise, totally different! Most of people (me included) prefer roaming around the booths and looks for gadgets and new tech just to keep them abreast for latest technology. Others just want to compare prices between resellers for items such as Laptops, Thumbdrives, Hard Disks or even PDAs.

As for me, I'm looking for external hard drive. Yup, preferably 160GB for less than RM200. Also, I want to survey UMPC (thats ultra mobile personal computer) for my sis. I expecting lots of mini laptops will be there. Hehe.

Yeah.. Hehe. Its not for Christmas actually. Just for my personal wish list. Hehe. Actually these are the things I really like and looking forward to buy. If not this year, maybe next year or a year later or even yearsss later. Huhu. The list goes..

1. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. Hehe. I've been surveying for this gadget quite some time. Personally, quite unsatisfied. Not because of the price though. Hohoho. I do have other options. RM3199!!
2. Nintendo Wii. Yeah. Earlier this year I was dreaming of owning a PS3. But, I prefer Wii nowadays. Maybe because of the Nunchuck! Hehe. Not to mention, the wii fit and wii sports. Also, Guitar Hero! Damn. At the moment the price is RM1150.

3. Vios. Dark blue to be exact. Hmm.. Maybe I need to scale down a lil' bit there. Swift? or maybe Viva.
4. DSLR. I used to snap photos a lot during U days. In fact, I like doing so. Huhu. I do have a Samsung u750 with me right now. Huhu. I guess its not enough. And yes, this was influenced by my brothers of course.

I guess its more than a dream than a wish right? Hmm. In fact, I do afford to buy these right now. I mean today. But, I've already made a choice. The toughest choice I made so far in my life.

Buy a House!

I guess, I need to stop enjoy-enjoy and start think about the future huh? Isn't too early for that? No lah. In fact, I already start buying Anjung Seri magazine.. Hehe..

The truth is, I still can buy all those items eventhough I proceed with the house. It may takes some time. Or some Oversea Outstations to do it..Hehe, if y'know what I mean.

Lets just make it 2009 Wish List! (I was thinking adding bath tub, threadmill, home-theatre to the list though..huhu..new house maa)

Movie Review : Bolt

I am always a big fan of Disney/Pixar's cartoon. Shrek's trilogy, Invincible, Toy Story, Shark Tale were fun and hillarious. Hehe. And now, Bolt take the centre stage!

Personally, I've known Bolt based on a trailer way back in october I think. This is the trailer.

I did expect the movie is kinda like Superdog movie. Hehe. Just look at the trailer above. Cool Huh??

It turned out that the trailer I saw just showing scenes where Bolt it shown as a Superdog. Actually Bolt in this movie is just a Movie Star. Yup, all the super-duper thing actually shots from a movie where Bolt is the main character.

Bolt played by Travolta and the girl played by Miley Cirus. The story evolves on how the movie crew tried to make sure Bolt believe he actually has the power; Super bark, invincible, super jump and whatsoever. Bolt was kept inside the movie site for all his life. He didnt have the knowledge what happened outside. For him, his world his the movie world. Where everything is easy.

Cut story short, Bolt accidentally get out of the site with the intention to pursue the girl. (just like the movie.) This is where the journey began. Where he met the cat and the hamster. Ironic isn't it? Where can you fin dog, cat and mouse befriended with each other. Huhu.

You gotta see this movie.

Hari Raya Qurban just passed us by earlier this week. Again, this year I celebrated it in KL. The good news is my brothers are here with me. Hehe. So, this raya is kinda meaningful for me.

Nothing much we've done actually. Except for Sembahyang sunat Aidiladha and eat lunch and dinner together. Feels like home! I mean, feels like home in Sabah. Hehe. After all, I've just got back from Sabah last 2 weeks. The Sabahness is still with me.. Huhu.

To complete what a hectic month this month is, this weekend my EEU brothers will held their wedding reception. Din's will be at Alor Star while Daus' will be at Kota Kamunting. I'm not sure if I can attend both receptions. And what happened to Daus anyway.. After all the silences, suddenly invite us to his wedding. Lets just wait what will happened this weekend.

And whats with EEU members nowadays? Busy huh??

Rumah

Actually I already found house. A dream house to be exact. Hehe. Not a bungalow ok! Just a 3-storey house. I've known this house for quite a long time already. Just couldn't decide whether to proceed or not. These are the pros and cons.

Pros

1. Big. With 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms, it is more than enough for me. Plus my very big family.
2. Got balcony y'know! Hehe. The view is quite good and refreshing. That's what the developer claim. Only can confirm it after the house is built.
3. Master bedroom is quite big. The 2nd floor is wholly occupied by the master bedroom. Huhu. Its okay la for the size 22x64.
4. Density. Only 26 units of terrace. So, I expect not much noise or trouble in this neighbourhood.

Cons

1. Pricey! If I proceed, I have to forget about owning my own car. Sigh.. I still can afford a Kancil though. Hmm...
2. Distance. Outside KL. 40 minutes drive to AU2. Its still ok with me actually. My colleagues here in KLCC resides in places such as Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, and Puchong which takes about the same time to arrive to KL. Excluding the traffic jam of course. Hehe.

So, 4 pros vs 2 cons. Who win?

p/s I can not mention the place yet.. Until I've already sign the necessary documents to proceed.

Movie Review : Max Payne, Bangkok Dangerous, Disaster Movie

3 in 1 Entry. Hehe.

These are the 3 movies i've watched for the past couple of weeks. I just dont have time to review it all. L insist that I need to review it all. Hmm.. Maybe its because I was pre occupied with other things.. Especially the new house thing. Hmm..

Moving on, I rate these 3 movies a 3/5. Ok but not that Ok. Hehe.
I did played Max Payne game before in PC. I just dont have time to finish it. I pretty much have high expectation for this movie. It turned out that it was just another game-to-movie thing. Remember Hitman? Sometimes, it better just end it in the game. GAME OVER should i say.

The most important thing when watching this kind of movie, you need to know most of the movies being mocked in the movie. Other than that, you also need to know who the hell is Amy Winehouse, JT. Hehe. Have you watched Superbad? Or Cloverfield? Else, you might ended with 'Apa benda la cite nie, lawak bangang'. Most probably there are scenes that FINAS cut off as well. Huhu.

The only reason why I watched this movie is Nic Cage. Huhu. Other than that, there's nothing special in this movie. Just a simple Hollywood (or should I say Thaiwood) kind of movie. I prefer Jason Bourne's movies. Huhu.

Eeunderground : Beli Rumah

Sejak 2 menjak ni memang xleh fokus buat kerja.. Asyik pikir pasal rumah je.. Ntah la tetiba terpikir nak beli rumah. Sebab utama sebab nak kawen da kot.. huhuhu.. xnak la da kawen nanti duk sewa rumah dalam 800-1000, padahal leh beli rumah and bayar bulan2 dalam jumlah tu gak..

Why now? aku rasa its now or never.. Economy tgh down skg.. Priority aku nak cari rumah yg da siap or da nak siap. Sebab Malaysia bakal2 menjadi another 1998-1999 krisis ekonomi. Time tu tetiba semua construction apa2 pn stop. Orang predict krisis ni akan lama.. So, its now or maybe after 2-3 years..

Selepas consult beberapa senior and rakan2 kat ofis nie. Mostly sependapat yg better cari rumah yang landed. Ade gak pendapat yg gtau watpe nak cari rumah jauh2, kalau kerje kat KL?

Pagi nie, aku telah buat satu benda yg patutnya aku buat lama dahulu. Tanya geng2 EEuG aku. Actually, aku mmg da lama nak tanye.. Cuma aku bab2 ni aku rasa x nak kecoh2. Its like saying that 'Aku ada byk duit, aku nak beli rumah!'

Tapi hari nie.. Aku rasa kawan2 EEuG tau aku jenis camna.. x suka menunjuk2.. And jarang minta tolong orang lain melainkan benda2 tu da memang desperate sgt. Indeed, I'm desperate.

Thanks to yoz, dagu, wong, topek for all their suggestions. Aku rasa aku da leh buat decision. hopefully by next week aku da x nak pk pasal rumah lagi..

Buying a property

Should I or shouldn't I? I have to decide this. Please help. Hehe.

Apparently there is an apartment available at Setapak for 240k. Expensive huh? Probably because it is near to KLCC. 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 1166 sq.ft is the size.

Other option is to buy landed house. The only concern would be the distance to the workplace. I can get a 2 story Terrace house at Bangi for the same price though. Emm.. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. 1799 sq.ft.

But still, I need to go Mid valley this weekend. There will be a property showcase there. Maybe after that I'll decide.
